An invoice may follow once work is approved or completed, depending on the engagement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due Net 15 from the invoice date.
If a project is canceled after work has started, you may still be responsible for the time already spent, purchased software, or other non-recoverable costs. Refunds, if any, are evaluated case by case and only when required by law or specifically promised in writing.

- Third-party software, including HeidiSQL and any external database platforms, is supported on a best-effort basis unless another agreement says otherwise. We do not control vendor updates, outages, licensing changes, or compatibility issues outside our direct work.
- Any free consultation or introductory guidance is provided without warranty. Information shared during early conversations is intended to help you decide on next steps, not to replace a full technical assessment.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the website or services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
